"The man came to my home he did a check inside and outside after a while he came to my door to tell me that I needed 2lbs of Freon. After he did the service without asking or letting me know what he was doing first or giving me the option to have it done right then or later. I was basically forced to pay him right then $130 and my unit has frozen 4 times since that visit. So I'm still having issues with my unit."
