"They were super nice and everything, but for some reason they used the drill on my natural nail. I didn't have any polish on at all on my toes. But they used the drill and now I have a spot on my toenail where the drill went to deep and it broke the nail plate and the nail is cracked. Make sure they don't use the drill on your natural nail. Some have thick nail plates, but there can be up to 100+ layers on the nail, but if you have thin nails, it will do this. In my state (Louisiana ) it is illegal to use them (not sure about Florida), but they still do. If you think you'll come off as rude or weird, tell them not to use it just to be safe. I don't have insurance, so I'm hoping Epson salt soaks and antibacterial ointment will help it not hurt so bad. But it's in the middle of my nail, so I have about a month and a half before it will grow back healthy. I do have photos for proof."

"I walked in without an appointment and was seated immediately. Ivy did an incredible job... I sprang for the lavender "volcano" pedicure ($65) thinking it would be just a LITTLE bit nicer. What an incredible experience! Definitely worth the upgrade. I think she massaged my legs and feet something like three separate times. Included a paraffin foot mask & Hot stone massage as well. Meticulous cuticle and nail Care, great polish job. I also received a nice manicure. Nothing fancy--just wanted my natural nails cleaned up and buffed to a shine--she did a great job. The salon is clean, quiet and plays lovely classical piano music. Truly RELAXING. And no horrible acrylic smell like in many nail salons. Staff is efficient, friendly and upbeat. I'm visiting the area from out of town, but if I get back to Pensacola I plan on coming back."
