"My wife and I bought some tickets to Puerto Rico and from Puerto Rico to Colombia because due to a health problem we could not travel because we went to Costamar Travel to change the date for another day and to our surprise the person who sold us the tickets She is from Bolivia and told us that she couldn't change them and she couldn't give us a refund because we went home and my wife called American airlines and explained why we didn't travel and American airlines refunded us the money for the tickets. Then she called Southwest and They also gave us our money back because the Jovan who sold us the tickets the first time told us that there were no refunds. The person who sold us the tickets does not seem to have much knowledge because it is a disaster for 2 clients who travel 2 to 3 times a year, that's all. Thanks for nothing Luis Pinero"
