"Hands down the worst customer experience EVER. an appt scheduled for 9am was shifted to 8am with only an email less than 24hrs before appt. Then I was called late afternoon the day before to see if I could move to 10am, which I did. Got a call at 8:22 saying they would be there within minutes (they arrived at 8:42). The plumber disassembled my water heater, took the operating manual with him, departed saying he would be back in 30-45 mins with parts. Never returned. Did not answer calls or texts. I called the office and was told he wouldn't come back, they would try to "squeeze me" in sometime soon and I could come and pick up the manual. Three days later no one has returned, no one has called and when I call them they have no solution. Owner not available to talk to me. Do yourselves a favor - find someone who knows plumbing but also runs a legit business operation."

"The service was fine, and I paid the amount showing on the invoice only to have my credit card charged a slightly higher amount. When I called the office to discuss the discrepancy, I was told the difference was a 3 1/2% credit card fee that is assessed. The additional fee was never disclosed on the invoice or by the plumber or I would have paid with a check. In addition, this business of making the customer pay the credit card fee is getting out of hand. Credit cards have been in use for decades and companies absorbed it as a cost of doing business. Nowadays business want to pass their business expenses onto the consumer and I’m fed up with it. Bad enough the basic costs are outrageous."

"We called this company to have our toilet fixed (water kept running) Two workers came earlier than scheduled time. We were pleased. We also asked them to do some caulking done. After less than 1 1/2 hrs, we were asked to pay $520!!! What a ripoff! Felt we were robbed."

"A plumber from first class plumbing replaced my bathtub mixing valve and faucets. He did a beautiful job, and cleaned up the area before leaving. Truly a First Class plumber."

"I agree with another reviewer that they lack professionalism and have harassed me for months for a disputed invoice. The technicians arrived, needed to leave for camera and then leave again for jetter. I understand these things are unpredictable however the tech provided an invoice that showed excess hours for the job. I called the office and they agreed to adjust the invoice. I sent tech along with a check for adjusted amount but they never received check thus began the calls! Even though the check cleared, still called. Six months later they called to collect on invoice again! They showed no records of paid invoices. I’ve had to track down the deposited checks to which they now say my account is cleared up! What the heck!!! They’ve had my payments for 3 months! AND today they tried to charge $177 for a repair they did not make but they did cause. I’m sorry have to give any business a poor review but they need to address this billing department issue as well as the employees attitudes. I was made to feel I was ripping them off!! Yikes!"
