"We booked a family cruise for early October 2019. Then when we had to cancel one of the passengers due to a work emergency they were very unprofessional and uncooperative. My aunt and I called for about 2 weeks straight with either no answer or a promise that someone would get back to us...which they never did. Then when someone finally did get in contact with me, a couple days before the cruise, she was very rude and refused to explain to me why they couldn't refund that ticket. The only thing she would is that they couldn't refund deposits. I explained to her that a deposit was never put and that we paid the cruise for 9 people in full. I got no where with her even after she was scolding me, needless to say we lost that money and we will never be booking any trip with them again. Do yourself the favor and book directly with the cruise line."

"I agree with other reviews that once they take your money, customer service is nonexistent. We are a large group that need assistance with a small simple request but they do not answer the telephone. It has been months of this. It doesn't matter which rep we try to reach or how many days we call. We have used them multiple times and each time we have had a worse and worse experience. Why use a travel agent if they only make things worse? Lesson learned."

"Worst experience. Once they take your money, their customer service goes out the window. I had the worst experience with Amalia, apparently everything I would say she would question it as if I was a lier. I told her I left several messages for her mom to call me and no one returned any of my three messages. Her response was completely unethical and had a tremendous chip on her shoulder. Guess what, without customers she has no business. Learn to treat your customers better. If you get Amalia as your agent, run the other way."
