"What a huge mistake to make plans with this travel agency from the president Lisset Hernandez and her husband Lazaro they're rude, con artist and thief, it turned from a vacation to a nightmare. First they don't offer no discount like they announce in their promotions for cruise package and if you pay in advance for any excursion and for any reason you can't go like for getting sick while vacationing you loose your money and they mislead the people promoting free excursion using the city public transportation what a disaster!"
