"Unfortunately, multi cuba in a single trip has shown me that it is an agency that does not meet the problems of its clients! I'll start by saying that I bought two tickets to Cuba, they deceived us with the pounds of luggage and probably with the price of the ticket as well. If I didn't call I didn't find out about the changes when they promised to notify me of any unexpected situation. The day before flying they informed us "because I called" that I could carry 10 lb less than what they had first told me, at that time we were going to change all our luggage .After deception and confusion among themselves with the price of the lb. Later, while in Cuba, I found out from an acquaintance that the flights had been canceled. When I called to verify, they told me to call the airport or the airline.” My Lord, if I pay for a ticket through an agency, they have to provide me with all the information and guide me in the next steps after a cancellation” I called and they teased me and until the last day I didn't know anything! Agency and staff embarrassment!"

"Terrible experience with this agency. They sold me a tourist package to supposedly be able to take my family from Cuba to Punta Cana to an all-inclusive. A total lie. They kept us waiting for 6 months and when the flight date arrived they had done nothing. They made my family go to the embassy twice for pleasure and once there there was no process for them. Every week they gave us a different excuse and a new flight date. A lack of respect and total consideration for customers. How can they play with the hopes and desires of our relatives in Cuba?"
