"Worst travel agency in the world!!! Martha Hamm should have her license revoked. We paid Martha top dollars for our vacation to Punta Cana and everything was going well until our fly back to Florida got canceled due to huracán Ian. We tried contacting Martha and she washed her hands and left us stranded in a foreign country. Our group was consisted of 8 people, 4 seniors, one handicapped in a wheelchair and 2 children. Martha didn’t seem to care about that and to add insult to injury told us we were the ones who needed to talk to the hotel and the airline. Needless to say that this was our first and last time using this travel agency. Someone should look into this and have her license revoked. She has left 8 American citizens to fend for themselves in a foreign country."

"Called and left messages for 2 weeks, no call back. Finally woman answered that was same woman on recording. I told her I had left 4 messages and she quickly said " don't have any messages " I said clearly it was you on recording, she quickly and with attitude said " anyway what did you want?!" I said wow, nothing from you thanks, and hung up. Total lack of customer service,!"
