"SCAM!! They pose as airline customer support and charge for cancellations that are free if you call the airline. Double check the number you are calling is the airline and don't sign anything they send you."

"THEY ARE A SCAM!!! I purchased tickets through Delta, then went back later to upgrade my seats. I google Delta and somehow the number for travel service pad was the first number that came up. They scammed me out of over $500. Call the airline directly to avoid being scammed!!"
