Cancel the ticket in the time required for a partial refund of the money. I talked to Fernando for 11 months straight, until he decided to turn off the phone and stopped responding 2 months ago. They don't answer calls, they don't answer emails and much less respond to messages. Be very careful with this scam agency, they do not care about customer satisfaction. They would rather steal from them and ignore them than do the right thing and answer for their services. Marina Reyes also decides to ignore the clients. "In this place they charged me for air shipping but they sent the package by ship, not only did they scam me but the package also took months to arrive.
