WAITED 6 MONTHS FOR A SIMPLE WARRANTY REPAIR TO FIX THE LIGHT IN THE FREEZER - STILL WAS WAITING FOR ANSWER . CALLED A LOCAL GE REPAIR COMPANY AND THEY HAD PARTS AND REFRIGERATOR REPAIRED IN TWO DAYS. NOW LAURA TELLS ME MY WARRANTY IS EXPIRED WITH APSCO . I DONT CARE , ILL PAY FOR ANY SERVICE I NEED ELSEWHERE ON THE REST OF ALL MY APPLIANCES I BOUGHT FROM APSCO ."

We ordered a refrigerator Feb 2, 2023, by November 22, 2023, we had been promised many delivery dates, after many visits to the store and phone calls, of which most of the phone calls were never returned. Our refund check finally was given to us after a store visit on January 24, 2024. If you are looking for service and a good product - DO NOT BUY FROM APSCO APPLIANCES, 2905 E Bay Dr Largo, Florida 33771. Good luck"
