"Took a mower in to be repaired. Was told a few weeks. Called three weeks later was told it is next up. Not done. One and a half months later went and just picked it up. They never even looked at it. Just needed a carburetor cleaned. Seems like they only want to help out companies and not regular people."

"My zero turn have 468 hours, the shop said I needed new heads. I got the work done and 10 hours of use later my mower sits dead, oil blown out the top and dripping all over the frame. I am told the work only has a 30 day warranty. I got the work done in the off season when there was no grass to cut. I will not be visiting this shop for repair or to buy a new mower."
