"8/27/23 We called Brian’s Electric to get an electrician out to fix an elderly couples meter can, down pipe, and weather head. It was Sunday evening around 8:30 when we called and Lori answered. She was pleasant and understanding of the situation. The elderly couple was not familiar with the use of cell phones or even how to contact an electrician. The spouse was homebound and needed constant oxygen because of her medical condition. Laurie worked with us to get the on-call electrician on site within 20 minutes the electrician worked promptly and professionally to get the couple back in power as quickly as possible.
