"This place needs a zero. Check in is at 4pm. Came in early at 3:45pm, counter lady says the room isn't ready yet, give it about 20 minutes. 4:10, go back in and check in and still room isn't ready yet. 4:30, same thing. Didn't check in until 5:17pm. Absolutely ridiculous. They had no reason to be this late on our reservation. Mind you, checkout is at 10am. -5 STARS if I could"

"I wish I could give zero star to this place along with Agoda, we booked through agoda, arrived the hotel at midnight with 2 young children. This is a gated community, we punched code in, nobody answered, waited 15mins, then some car from behind finally open the gate for us. There is absolutely no sign tell you where to check in, we drove around the neighborhood, desperately trying to call hotel and agoda, nobody answered the phone of course. We found the club house, which is locked from outside. After tried every single way to get help, we finally gave up, drove back on the street, found another hotel, checked in at 2am with 2 screaming kids. I called agoda next morning, they couldn’t reach the hotel either, they told me that the hotel might be closed????? And they can’t refund me, but they will give me 10 percent off next time when I book through agoda!!!!"

"We are DVC members. After our experience in September we will use Encantada EVERYTIME we can not book a DVC resort. This place is amazing. Why only 4Stars? We did not have enough time to utilize the amenities. We have already book our next stay here and we will tell you about everything then!!! Try it and you will love it as well"

"The most incredible place to stay, local to the theme parks (10 mins in a car). Exceptional staff and facilities, very clean and having been numerous times I know that all of the accommodation is up to scratch. Two bed townhouses have a hot tub which is great and even little things like washing up liquid and a patio fly net all around make your stay even better. Plenty of parking outside the houses and the pools are great. Could not recommend enough"
