"Once you purchase the package of your choice it seems like assistance is hard to get and or when you ask for upgrades on your package cost out of the question! Although on your own calling the airlines and working with the hotel you can make upgrades less expensive I would not use the travel agency at all and I will spread that word throughout the Sun City Florida area."
