"Yesterday morning I went out on the 2 and a half hour tour in a solo kayak and I've got to say that this trip was the absolute highlight of my vacation to Clearwater. The kayaks were so stable yet comfortable, I weigh about 257 and I never felt for a moment that I was out of balance or anything. Turns out they have a capacity of 500 pounds, This was remarkable because I struggled to find a quality company that I could get a tour with that allowed over 250 pounds. When you're in a single seat kayak with such a high capacity needless to say you're not going to sweat it even if it gets a little choppy. I didn't feel cramped or squeezed in or anything. Now enough of the technical side of things, this trip truly felt like an adventure. We set out with the sun burning bright in the sky and as we were getting near some really cool islands Florida decided to Florida and we had a little storm roll through, after disembarking on the island it was really cool hearing about history of the area, cool events that have transpired and good tips of local cuisine and fun things to do. You can not go wrong going with 727 Watersports, I can't emphasize that enough. Everyone from my work group I was in town with that hears of the journey I went on finds it fascinating. At zero point did I ever feel unsafe or over exerted and I appreciated the attention to detail and the focus on safety and the weather to be sure we were in a safe position when something did pop up out of the blue. No justice would be done in this review though if I didn't give a big shout out to Captain Moose, the sweet, rambunctious cute dog that joined us on the tour. It was such an experience seeing him going kayaking and playing on the beach living his best life. Truly, you can't go wrong with this company. I plan to refer all my friends who visit the area to check this out, you get a personable experience that feels like you're out with a friend more than just out with a robot on business. Totally check this out, you can't go wrong. I was a first time kayaker and the tips I got really were easy to absorb and resulted in feeling good and confident on the water early on. So don't be afraid to try new things, you'll be in good hands and you'll enjoy yourself so what more could you really ask for while on vacation or even if you're a local looking to get into something new. I heard about longer trips so I'm sure there's plenty for even more technically skilled kayakers available considering the amazing stories I was told about many different places they've visited in the area. Thank you so much for the experience, it is a memory that I will always remember any time I think of the first time I visited Clearwater and for that I am appreciative."
