Calypso Queen

"We did a dinner cruise on a cool January eve. Our server was great she was attentive and made sure our drinks were replenished without asking (including the wine lol) Food was okay. The best was the grouper and steak. DJ was friendly but the music put me to.sleep at first then it got way better as we were getting back to the dock. The name on the boat suggests Caribbean music but I understand wanting to mix it up lol. I would probably do this again during lunch time versus dinner."

"This is a must do in Clearwater! The buffet was delicious, there was unlimited beer, wine and rum punch while on board. The captain took us around the bay, and we even got to see some of the mansions belonging to Tom Cruise, John Travolta and some others. We will definitely go back!"

"Overall great experience. Food was good, cruise was fun, staff was very friendly. Heads up: we had a Clearwater police follow us from the event and pull us over about a mile Up the road. I had to do a full field sobriety test, which I passed. The police were very friendly but always be cautious of your consumption."

"First time experience on this buffet cruise. Loved the view and the knowledge of information the captain shared while we at and cruise along the bay. The food was nice and decent. The price is fair and drinks pretty good as well. Well definitely recommend this cruise and would come back again."

"We booked this for my fiancés birthday for the evening. We read some of these reviews and we agree with some of them. Yes the rum punch is watered down. But it’s Florida, it’s hot, you have a bunch of ppl in a small area, got the buffet and everything with hot food. But the drinks are free, there’s also beer and wine. The food was pretty good. My fiancé doesn’t really eat fish, but she actually liked theirs which surprised me. And I’m not gonna lie, the baked ziti tasted like Chef Boyardee with shredded cheese on top lol. But over all the food was good. After we ate we went upstairs out on the small deck to look at the water and the beautiful sky. And that’s where we spent the rest of the night sipping on our drinks, enjoying the cool breeze. We didn’t get to see any dolphins or a megalodon even which was a bummer. But the ppl on the deck before us saw some dolphins. Overall it was very enjoyable and we would recommend it."
