"Scam!! Don’t book through trip beam, cheaper prices available online! Very poor customer service, spent almost a week and the agent was least concerned and gave only one option. And at the end told madam you book it online instead. Agent Kamal claims to be a senior executive with over 5 years in the service and has the rude tune the most. He even mentioned tickets booked from Expedia are a scam, which is an insult to an huge company!"

"If you are reading this, please please be very careful before booking your flight tickets with this company. Absolutely zero communication from the company once they book the tickets. They will charge you extra in the name of airline policy and once you book with them, the airlines cant do anything with your tickets. So if you have a flight cancellation, these people are of no help and support. Again, If you are reading this please go to the airline directly and book with them, you’ll have a much smoother experience and hassle free travel. I have suffered and I dont want anybody else to have the same horrible experience as me."

"I rated just one star because there is no negative rating available. These people does not know the airline policy and simply need ONLY money. No customer support once you booked the ticket. I told them i don't have valid visa, but still they booked on via Frankfurt saying approved i797 is enough, but airline does not allow to board. I called Tripbeam, but simply they have charged $450 cancellation fee (each ticket) and cancelled our 4 tickets. I lost $1800 because of Tripbeam. Tripbeam does not know anything and you will loose your money if you book ticket thru Tripbeam."

"I rated just 1 star because there is no negative rating available. It is easy to reserve the booking but real service kicks in when same booking needs to be amended or refund is needed. Now a days few airlines don;t refund if tickets are reserves through agents and Tripbeam never acknowledges to such customer requests. I wish them luck for better future only if they improve on their customer service or else they would ended reserving their own tickets"
