"A/C went out toward the end of May. Express Air was on top of things! They went above and beyond for me. The office manager (I don't remember her name, sorry!) was great about keeping me informed every step of the way. Drew came out to do the service call, let me know it was a failing compressor, and put together a quote for a repair there and then. He was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The day after I called about going ahead with a repair, Drew was back out at my house with the parts. I didn't expect such quick turnaround, but they did it! He spent 5 hours working on the system in the June humidity and heat, and he did such a great job. My house is cool and comfortable again. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. "I’ve purchased 2 complete HVAC units (my mom and I) from Express and both experiences were outstanding. My unit was purchased 6 years ago; I got 3 estimates and Express was considerably the best price (same with my mother's). Yes, I’ve had a couple issues (manufacturer related) and Express fixed both under warranty, no questions asked. Everyone was great but special recognition to two folks who went above and beyond ... Drew who quickly diagnosed and fixed my mother’s unit within an hour. The guy is crazy knowledgeable. Second is to Laura in the office for whom I can't say enough positive things about ... superb cheerful service with a can-do attitude (suggest just asking for her when you call)."

"My husband and I recently needed to get a new AC unit. We called around and had a couple different quotes. Express had good pricing and a great warranty. They did not try to sell us a new unit and they were not pushy. The team was impressive of how professional and responsive they are. They were able to schedule the new install quickly. We had a small hiccup but the team sent Minh out the very next day. Minh left me a message letting me know what time he would be arriving. He was courteous, respectful, and professional.
