"The tech came to my house to fix my microwave which wasn't heating. He fixed the heating, but broke something else when reinstalling the microwave. Now the microwave makes a loud noise and sounds like it going to blow up when it runs. I called him back and he tested it. He can hear the noise, but the microwave heats, so he said he can't fix it, since it's not covered under the warranty..."
"Never, I repeat, Never use this company. If your home warrantee company assigns them, call your warrantee company and make sure you gain an alternate company in place of AT Appliances Inc. The AT Tech was here to diagnose 2 separate items on two separate warrantee company work order numbers, stayed for 5 minutes. All he did was looked at one item. When I spoke to the warrantee company they told me the tech said to not to approve the claim. Plus he refused to look at the second item, and claimed to not have the second contract number. I told him I would call the warrantee company and get it and he said he didn't 5 minutes to wait and left. This is specifically interesting as he finalized the second item report as work completed and item working in good order. So after waiting 1 1/2 weeks for AT Appliances to show at the house which is unacceptable by it self to diagnose the two items. AT Appliances Inc. got paid for 2 services as I paid per item, the tech did not do any work, stayed for 5 minutes and denied and faked a report as if he serviced it. Now I have to fight with the Warrant company to get a real service company to diagnose both items."
"Warranty company sent these guys out. Had the 8-12 window the tech didn’t show up until after 1:30. Was here 5 minutes and stated he needed to order a part and that would take 3 business days. 2 weeks later finally scheduled a return appointment 12-4 window. Get a call from At Appliances and the technician at 11:40 that he will be arriving in 10 minutes. The technician did not show up until 2:30. Was told it was a miscommunication. They did eventually repair the dish washer. Just not a pleasant experience."
"I wish I had read the reviews before I let my warranty company send this company to my home! The technician arrived on time but that was the ONLY positive thing about the entire interaction. I left for work this morning and my husband stayed working at home when the tech attempted to repair my stove and refrigerator. My husband said after 20 minutes of the tech scratching his head, he had to show him how to open the cooktop because he couldnt open my induction stove to diagnosis the issue.(1st bad sign, If you can't open it, you probably can't fix it). He left my home 2 hours later saying the company would have to send another tech because he doesn't work on my type of stove, even though I texted them a picture of it days before they came out. He told my husband he had to defrost the frig and would come back to repair it. I received an email that the ticket was closed so I called the company to be told the tech marked that he had cleared my frig line and replaced a wire. I complained to the representative that he in fact did not and they need to send someone back. She said he is the only tech for this area and I needed to call my warranty company. I have never witnessed a company so unprofessional and the tech left a mess in my kitchen and dirtied my floor. No resolution. No accountability. This company should close. 0 stars."
"I was given this company from my warranty company to fix my dishwasher and washing machine . I was told they needed to order a part for the washer and the dishwasher was working so nothing they could do. The same day I got a text that my ticket was closed. I call and they say to call the warranty company. I’ve been going between the warranty company and them for a month. They literally want to collect the fee to come to the house but not do any work. Oh and they also like most others stated that the broken part was not normal west and tear and my warranty company denied my claim."
