"I called them to give me an estimate for roof and fascia work. They gave me a price and gave me a time that they would come to start the work. They never showed up on time and no one answered the phone. Finally Mike called me back and said his guys were on they way. I waited and waited and got tired of waiting and finally just cancelled the job. Poor communication. They need to work on their communication."

"If I could give negative stars I would. Initial appt was from 10-1pm. No call no show. He was supposed to have been on his way at 10:30. According to the office it was a SMALL oversight. He finally calls at 530 and has the audacity to tell me I shouldn’t schedule an insurance inspection until repairs are done because you never know how long it will take. I had a leak that needed to be patched. Not an entire roof replacement. You would assume scheduling an inspection the following day would be sufficient for a patch. He then promises to be at my home 8-9 the next morning. Again no call no show. Here it is 1pm and I’ve lost two whole days waiting on someone who never intended to show up. It’s apparent that they work based on who is going to pay them more and tending to a small roof patch is beneath them. Don’t bother calling the company and asking for a supervisor because they never want to speak to you. According to the 2 individuals that answered my call, there’s no need to speak to a supervisor when they can just issue a refund for my service request. Clearly this happens often if the supervisor doesn’t want to be bothered with complaints. So much for making improvements to help your company thrive. If you don’t have a major job needed, don’t bother calling them."
