But everything seems to be ok with our system. He also listed recommendations but never spoke to us about anything. I don’t think he spoke English very well to communicate effectively. Very nice guy came did his job and left."

"A little disappointed for being a pretty new unit with issues already. Capacitor went out. But overall these guys are great!!!! Called for service at 12:30 pm. Customer service gave me an ETA for the same day between 1pm to 5 pm for a technician to come out to me and for a fact technician was contacting me at 4:00 pm to confirm and minutes later he arrived. I’m Very very impressed with the technician service and experience. Thank you Alexey Martinez for your excellent customer service and keep up the good work!!!!!!!!"

"Completely dissatisfied, the installation was deficient because they removed some pieces of wood and used tape to seal the walls, in addition, the drainage pipe interferes to remove the filter. Unfortunately I do not recommend them."
