They’re very busy, so they may take longer than most other reel services, but they’ve always done a great job for me. Ive brought my Penn international, Stella, Torque, Talicas and Tiagras here never had an issue."

"This place must have too much work I brought my reels they lost and took a week to find, got my reel back and it was broken not fixed. They damaged the reel and scratched it as well. The female who answers the phone is an IDIOT, aggressive, and is the other reason I’ll never go there again."

"I wish I could leave negative stars. This place is a complete joke. I sent my shimano beast master to him and after 8 months of not returning phone calls or telling me the truth I had to stop in to pick up my reel and this is how I got it back. He lied and told me he sent it to shimano and they sent it back not fixed. I had to speak with shimano and they couldn’t believe it. I then sent the reel to shimano and in a weeks time I already got the reel back fixed."
