"I paid John close to $20,000 for various improvements including a surround sound, outdoor speakers, outdoor lighting, underwater lighting etc. I had an issue with the sonos initially that they did fix, I then had them install new lighting in my house. I then started having problems with my underwater lights. He swore he ordered a replacement and months later said the company is out of business. I spoke to Lorraine in the office on at least 10 occasions and have been told John is too busy and will call me later. It's been over 6 months and still nothing. I even offered to pay out of pocket to get it fixed but still no return. Bottom line they are very nice people, however either through personal choice or lack of interest they refuse to fix my problem. Great initial quality, not so much on follow up."
