"He came out to house. He assessed the situation. Ordered parts. Came back after a few calls. Replaced the part. I called to let him know the dishwasher was still not drying dishes properly. He came back. Said he would order another part. I had to call him a week later to find out what was the status of the order. Said he will get the part once he had the part he would call to schedule the repair. After not hearing from him for several days. I called him and then texted him. With no response. Then I get a notice from the home warranty company he is no longer going to be the technician. He told them I was at fault for this."
