1855 Got Leaks?

"We had a leak that a previous leak detection company and another plumber couldn’t find. I called William and he said he had 40+ years in leak detection. When he came a few days later he looked at the water on our floor and said it’s cold water so it’s from the air conditioner. He went upstairs and showed us how to disconnect the condensate line into a bucket to prove the leak was from the air conditioner. Well, it didn’t work and we still had water leaking into the house. Since we paid him $400 to find the leak I called him back to let him know we still had a leak and the air conditioner wasn’t the problem. He shut me down on the phone and proceeded to tell me how he got “2 gay guys hot water”. What did that have to do with my situation? I didn’t hear from him again for two weeks until he called me and left a message saying he was sick etc. excuse after excuse so I wouldn’t recommend him. For someone who has 40+ years in the business he didn’t find the leak, wasn’t curious enough to look for it and after we paid $400 he had zero interest in helping us any further. Eventually, I did find a plumber who found the leak from a pipe and fixed it in 2 hours."
