"Great staff! Clean lobby and excellent decor. I had to wait a bit while my husband checked us in, and the seating was comfortable and clean. Quite pleasant to be in. I found lots of information about what restaurants, shops, and points of interest are in the area. They have a free booklet that has maps, addresses, and even some reviews! I was made to feel at home in a few minutes, which is very important to me."

"Recent stay at Sandestin on June 30th - July 3rd 2023. It was an awful experience. We had to wait three additional hours to check-in after a very long drive to the resort with a 21-month-old baby. The staff was not friendly nor accommodating. We had to wait in the lobby of Beach Tower II for an additional hour before we received a text stating room was available. We overlooked the challenges due to the heavy volume of guests because of the holiday weekend. We purchased over $300 worth of food and discovered the refrigerator did not work which really frustrated us. It took maintenance two hours to assist, and he was unable to repair it, so he brought a used mini refrigerator to help keep our food from spoiling until someone fixed the refrigerator the next morning. The repair person finally showed up around 3pm the next day with a bad attitude and disposition. He was unable to fix the refrigerator, so we went the entire stay with a mini fridge and ended up throwing away a lot of items. The fridge was never repaired. We were given four beach chair tickets for our inconvenience. My family and I are frequent guest. We come at least three times a year and we really enjoy it until this past weekend. We have decided that Sandestin does not deserve our hard-earned money for their poor and inadequate customer service. We have decided that this is the last time we will visit this resort and we will take our money elsewhere. It was the worst experience ever and we are totally disappointed. My wife complained to the resort manager, and nothing was done. We felt our compliant was not taken seriously. I hope this review will spark an interest in the management team to do something about their inadequate customer service. A very disgruntled former guest"

"Wanted Room with a balcony on the beach and got one on the bay, which I don't like! The blow dryer didn't work, they tried to charge us for the rental of a golf cart but we didn't! It's almost 3 weeks later and they still owe us 300$! Will never stay here again! Only enough coffee for 1, no clean towels daily! Room was good!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check our bags and head down to the beach before check in time. When we came back for our bags one of the nice gentleman outside took us in the golf cart to our room so we didn't have to wait for the tram. Highly recommend this place for a stay on the beach."
