"This is my second post related to our RV repairs. I really would rate them 4.75 /5.0 stars. The lack of the last 0.25 star was due to a couple of issues: despite them being attentive and having great customer service, we had to go back a few times for a gremlin in our brakes (they actually performed a major repair and overhaul on our system and got parts really quick). No charge for the extra return (for brake issues) to shop of course, but was an inconvenience. We also had a coach battery & generator problems which became more of a parts issue in the end. They brought in outside generator tech who made primary Dx & repair so bill was higher than we thought. The shop charges 3% on all debit/credit card charges which was a newer policy but it is what it is. No charge for checks. Their service manager (Jeff) did what he could to ease the $$$ costs and they now honor a 10% vet discount so that was nice. Ask for Jeff H if you have RV issues but call ahead if you can."
