I traveled the 30 minutes there and 30 minutes home only to find out that they didn't have the part when I got home. I wasted two hours of my day and still have a broken screen. "I had started with a good experience however it ended with a bad experience. I had a tablet and a phone that needed battery replacement. The phone battery replacement worked fine and improved my samsung S7 battery life. The battery replacement for my Samsung tab S2 resulted in a broken screen. I had brought in a tablet with a low battery image on screen that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately during the process the screen was damaged. I was left with a unusable tablet, I should have shipped this to samsung for battery replacement. I do have to say Eddie was professional at all times and knows his stuff the broken screen could have even resulted with a Samsung professional the only difference is I believe Samsung would have covered it. I guess I would never know. I have to wait until next year to buy tablet for school because it's not a priority at the moment. I wish the company the best but would not be using thier services in the future."
