"If I could give them a negative-I would!!! This place never tells you they have a fee just to show up at your door and they only tell you after they come in. Look at every corner of your home and make up things you need done. Also, if you don't want to work with them, because their prices are very high and they don't give you a prices over the phone because they want to come in and see how you live. If your house Is not so great you're probably gonna get a decent price but if they see you live in a better place than others trust me the amount they're gonna want to charge you is ridiculous. The owner is disgusting. You cannot speak to them and human language they are just terrible people besides overcharging they look for things to tell on you. Does not mean those things are true they just want to get you in trouble. Make you think you did something wrong and make you go back-and-forth and waste time. Being a google local guide and an elite yelper I should have read all of the reviews before I wanted to work with them but I did not and that was my mistake. I learned the hard way. After days I read the reviews and I see how they scam people. Also, after posting on social media, a lot of people came forward from my neighborhood and told me the same thing. This place is just, one word, SCAM! If you go through the reviews on yelp and Google, you will see the good reviews are either their friends or customers they did not overcharge. Their tech was so unprofessional. I am disgusted people like this have businesses and the only reason I am leaving those reviews is because I want everybody to be aware! I was bullied, discriminated, and I refuse to be the person they hurt and I refuse to let others get hurt by these scammers! Each and everyone of us work very hard for our penny, and we should not be paying for things not done. They came into my home and could not get the job done, but wanted to make money on things they did not do when I refused to work with them, they reported me to the city, with some thing that was not even true, because everything they had said was checked and cleared as lies!"

"For the past 3 months, we've called with the same issue. Always a new tech. You would think after the 2nd visit a Supervisor or someone with more experience would come in and do a full evaluation. But no, another excuse and 2 more excuses after that. 5+ visits and nothing. Every visit was something new and every visit we paid, but every experience after each visit the same - not cooling, leaking, etc. I don't mind paying to get the job done, but DO NOT fall for their "quick fix" excuses...JUST GET THE JOB DONE! If you don't remember me, I'm the one the owner cursed out and he also disrespected my wife. It's funny how all your 1-star reviews you claim you don't have in your system. By the way, our AC was finally repaired correctly, in one visit and cheaper. They didn't even try to sell us a whole unit like you guys did."
