"I bought a fridge from Suave Appliances, 740 S Dixie Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33060, that I saw on offer up, at the beginning of December. I noticed that the ice maker didn't work. I gave it a few days and I was able to make some ice cubes manually. There was supposed to be a 4 month warranty, so I reported it to the people at Suave and they sent someone out to repair it. The repair man said it wasn't broken since I was able to manually make 6 ice cubes 1 time. He was condescending and a complete jerk. He stuffed a plastic shelf on the top of the ice maker said it was fixed and left. He did not fix it and the shelf he stuck on the top had to be removed since you could not reach the button to make ice manually or place a bag of ice in the bin. After removing the shelf that did not fit in the first place I was not able to manually make ice again. I contacted them to let them know it was never fixed. They basically told me they were not going to honor their warranty. I let it go because at least the fridge was working and I figured I could just buy ice and really what other choice did I have? Soon after the initial problem I noticed that it started warming up and the ice I was purchasing was melting. The fridge completely stopped working last week. My husband who helped me buy the fridge tried to contact them to ask them to come and fix it and he received no response. I am now stuck without a refrigerator and all of my food has gone bad. I barely have enough money to buy food in the first place. I hope some action can be taken so that they cannot take advantage of anyone else. I only bought this fridge knowing that there was a warranty. The woman who delivered it with the repair man reassured me that everything would be covered if there were any issues. This was a blatant lie. I ended up paying $475 for the fridge. This has been devastating for me and my family, I'm a mother of three and my husband and I are separated but still friends, meaning I'm a single mom."

"I had previously purchased a dryer from this location over a 1.5 years ago, and it was a good deal. I now needed my washer repaired and I called for service. This time it was a different person dealing with customer service. Marlon. I paid 100.00 to have an estimate done on the repair much more than all other companies in the area but I paid because I knew them. They arrived 1 day late to do the estimate, did not do any evaluation, I had stated they would call 1 hour before arriving didn't do that either. The repair man Rafael said I could have sent a video and avoided the service call fee, something Marlon did not mention. He also said that would have sped up the process on the part ordering. I waited over a week and called a couple of times to inquire on the part and all Marlon would do is laugh at me and tell me it was delayed. By week 2 I told Marlon I was going to put a charge back if they didn't come out to fix my washer, the next day miraculously Marlon called to tell me they cant get the part and he would refund 30.00. That refund never happened and I had to end up doing the charge back regardless. Don't waste you time with these jokesters. They cant be trusted. They do service calls just to make money with no real intent on doing any work."

"just like other reviews a figure out this people are just scammers. After my old refrigerator stop cooling property i bought a used refrigerator from this people for $250 plus $40 delivery (i gave him 300)and they took my old one. The "new" fridge never worked well, i called and they said someone was coming to check the problem, no show, no call, excuses everyday. After i send a message saying i will take them to the court they call me right away and offer my to replace the faulty one for another. The worst is still to came. On Friday night 07/10/20 the guy came to my place with my old fridge that i gave to him, just painted with still fresh paint smell. Same night i spoke with him again and he admitted the fridge was probably mine. I even offer him to pay more money to get a more expensive one, listed on Offer up for $345 ($95 more) i agree to pay the difference and pay $30 delivery. But after all i told him i`m not suppose to pay delivery, since is not my fault, but i will still pay $20 for delivery. The wants to charge me $350 (more than advertise) plus $30. Basically i lost $300 and stucked with my old fridge. Can i call this a robbery? I told him i`m taking to the court and he said "do it, i don`t care" I would like to see him repeating this sentence in front of the judge in a near future. Just an update 07/15/20. The picture bellow is from the last attempt to solve the problem. A fridge with wrong door, and 2 broken shelfs. Not to mention that after read my bad review this guy text me and my wife`s phone with insults (i respond the same way) I guess he believes that byuing used means you don`t have the right to complain. Worst customers are the ones who fight for their rights. On Saturday 07/11 we met face to face and he told me he have his place for 5 years, but here he is open for 10 years, such a liar in every way. This guy is a mess with no manners."

"I wish I never met or knew anything about this company...They are SUAVE APPLIANCES @ 740 Dicie Hwy Pompano Beach, Fla are SCAM ARTIST!!!! I purchased a used washer and dryer set from them around May 20th...The very first day I used the machines they were working like garbage...Last Saturday their manager Reina came out to my house to try and fix the washer but found out they couldn't fix it...So this past Monday they were supposed to bring our a new washing machine and dryer...That was the last time I spoke with anyone from Suave Appliances...I have called them everyday since this past Tuesday and haven't been able to speak to anyone....I have a feeling we are gonna be stuck with these raggedly appliances and will have to pay to get them fixed ourselves or have to buy another washer and dryer altogether...But now we are out of $400...I am.so beyond frustrated with this company...Please avoid them altogether...I have filed a report with the BBB and hopefully that will scare them into doing the right thing by people and not selling them garbage appliances that they know ain't no good...Be careful with Suave appliances...The only thing their appliances have going for themself is that they look good but get them home and they are pure garbage"

"Suave Appliances came the day after Thanksgiving and replaced a broken refrigerator. They were very nice and very fast. 6 month warranty included. They also took the broken one away for free."
