"They were great! My bathroom faucet was stuck and wouldn't turn on. They came and tried to change the cartridge but they coudn't access it from on the top of the sink. We had to get a cabinet maker to come in and create more space for the technicians to work. They had to come back three times until they were finally able to access the cold water faucets and fix the problem. They were patient, clean, helpful and clever!
