New to Florida and uncertain how to maintain a central air system, Ricardo, patiently and thoroughly walked me through every aspect of my AC explaining the individual components, how and when change the filter, what the optimal pressures should be and when to call for service. I called Coastal Comfort having often seen their trucks outside an oceanfront luxury condominium and hotel. I wasn't sure if I should expect an inflated bill and/or marginal service for my 'not so luxury' condo. However, Coastal Comfort not only delivered first class service to this commoner but presented a surprisingly affordable bill. Thank you!"

"They installed a new AC unit in 2020 & since then have been out every 3 months to fix issues. Each time telling me it’s not under warranty & charging me. Due to our condo association, I’m forced to use them. The last tech was beyond rude! When I asked him how he was doing (out of common courtesy) he responded “better than you”. One tech forgot his glasses then proceeded to tell me he needed to weld. Another tech said just to leave the temp at 78 degree 24/7. Which we did & they still needed to come out 3 months later. They sold us a lemon & have reaped all the benefits of numerous service calls. They’re not good/moral people."
