They installed my new AC unit three and a half years ago, I chose them after obtaining several quotes and reading many reviews. I chose them because they gave me the best price and the reviews were excellent. And I like that they are a privately owned, yet reputable, legitimate company. They arrived on time, installation was fast, had the crane there (my condo is on the second floor of a two story condo), there were no glitches and total was for the price quoted. I did upgrade to the Nest Thermostat and am so glad I did! It has safety features that helped me avoid a potential disaster. Besides, it comes with this really cool app, lol…. Chris was there the next day, being an high voltage problem he called an electrician who was there in 30 minutes and they had the problem solved almost immediately. Impressive considering it was not a common situation. After ordering parts, he got up my AC up running again, giving me professional, kind and reliable service. He really went the extra mile for me.
