"Employees are never available to help our in doors.. They are always busy or not in. Trying to get a door installed and it has taken them 4 months. I still don't have my door... No updates on what is going on.. The finger has been pointed to all over the place no one takes responsibility of what is going on. I'm here paying for a door that I have no idea when I'm going to get it. No one seems to know horrible customer service. With Lowe's as their competitor they need to do better.."
