"Definetly disappointed. I took my son's iPhone 13 to get fixed. The screen was not placed on correctly on Saturday. I go in on Monday and the so called manager if I'm not mistaken name is Adam Was no help $170 down the drain. Customer service ethic definetly a negative 0. They don't even deserve a star."
"I was an awesome experience at Tecky store. Adam and Victor have knowledge about what they do. It was quick and professional! Great job guys!"
"Victor and Adam are technological whizzes. They fixed my son's 3DS, although that particular technology is not something they usually work on. Cannot say enough good things about this company and about Adam and Victor, specifically!!!"
"Adam and Victor did a fantastic job. Adam is a great front man to represent your business. He’s what you hope for and very seldom get today. Art Molloy"
"I took a perfectly functioning iPad to fix the cracked screen. The First time they fixed it they broke the homebutton when we took it back the second time they replaced our white homebutton with a black one but after rebooting the iPad two glitch lines appeared at the side of the screen so we took it back for a third rime. After that third fix only 30 percent the screen was responsive. When we try to take it back again they said we had to pay to extra 60 dollars to fix it. It was working perfectly fine before and my only concern was the glass but somehow they broke my homebutton and the functionally of my sceen. I would have been better off buying a new ipad then wasting my time on these problems. I basically spent money to send my iPad to the trash here. Severely disappointed."
