"I used Dan for 2 years and thought he was great. Then I brought a $6k new ac unit in Nov 2022 and the blade has made noises since day one. Dan has said he’s going to replace it for months and here we are 10 months later with no service and the noise getting worse. He literally said good luck finding someone else to replace it, yet he never did either. Let’s add on the 6 appts he blew me off. Not professional at all! It’s sad that some trade workers dont care about long time service, just a quick buck!"
