They gave me a time When my plumber would arrive, and explain to me the cost of coming out. I hung up and about an hour later got a call, saying my plumber could arrive earlier than anticipated. Michael Cruz arrived at my home and was professional and kind. My daughter, who is 6 wanted to watch him scope out the sewer line, and he took the time to explain as he worked on clearing the line. "We own an apartment complex with four units. We had a guest leave at 11:00 am and a new guest arriving at three. The previous guest plugged the toilet with an object, and a plunger wouldn’t work. We called Mr. Rooter, and they came out within an hour or so and removed the clog. They quoted me a fair price, and they stood by it. My new guest was able to check in like nothing ever happened.
