"Called them for a small repair to a 3/4 pipe at my mother's place, agreed to pay the $65.00 service call. I was blown away at the price quoted of $525.00, I passed on the repair and ended up fixing it myself for a total cost of 17.54 for parts at the box store. I was willing to dish out a couple of hundred bucks for the convenience, but $525.00??? A plumber known to me that works in the Miami area said that this should have cost between $100-200 to fix including the service call. I paid $65.00 so I can be told it would be $525.00 for the repair... at a loss for words."

"The incompetent plumber failed to properly install my new faucets. Thereafter, the plumber abandoned the job. Naturally, they took money. Plumber could not figure out how to install the tub faucet. He kept giving me conflicting statements. Spoke to a manager who was dismissive, defensive and not of much help. I am stunned the plumber couldn't follow installation instructions. I had a horrible experience and they couldn't have provided more galling service. Offensive and sad."

"We had a backup from our septic tank. Rapid Rooter responded within hours and found the problem. The pipe from the house to the septic tank had cracked and roots had grown into it. The technician was very knowledgeable, and explained everything that needed to be done. He showed us what he was doing and the completed work before covering everything back up. All done the same day. Very pleased with the service."

"Not sure where to begin but I will try and keep it short... all I can say is this company is amazing! Woman who answered the phone spoke to me at a very stressful time so you can just imagine! She was so wonderful. She reassured me someone would be out right away and would take good care of us. Father and son (Luis) showed up within an hour of me calling ( at basically end of day ) to try and help figure out what was going on. We thought we had a blockage in main pipe in our quad. Overflowing water in house and all that. Told me what my 2 options were. Very honest and great communication. They tried to run their snakes but had to bring another machine. Thought it would happen the next morning... no these guys made it happen well after 7 pm. Brought in 2 more guys to help. We were able to figure out what the problem was (root in pipe). Seriously... they have a forever customer! Can’t recommend this company enough! Thanks to the guys who worked their butts off to try and help us. You know when you can tell someone actually cares and will take care of you. Made it so we could at least use some water until our HOA figured out what they wanted to do. Thanks again Rapid Rooter!"
