"Do not use this company! I recently had to use these criminals because of an emergency with one our restrooms in our restaurant. We ended up getting charged over $600 for snaking and resetting a toilet which is fine, I get it rush service, all well and good but back your product… a few months later a customer comes out of the restroom after the toilet almost fell over while he was on it because the plastic bolts that secure it to the ground snapped off. They used plastic screws to bolt a toilet onto a toilet floor. So I called today to see if roto rooter could come out and fix their work but they stated, “because it’s out of the 30 day window we will not honor our work” .. never using roto rooter again. I guess there’s a reason we have always used local plumbers, they honor their work but unfortunately most of them don’t work on weekends. 6$ wax ring 20 minute fix lost a customer for life."
