"I own a Lifefitness treadmill in Mexico, now 19 years in use and in excellent condition. Last service showed that the board is not working correctly. I contacted during several weeks all Lifefitness representations in Mexico, the US, Latin America, Germany, South Africa and Google registered repair service in order to find replacement or reparation. All negative! Finally somebody in the US mentioned that there is a company in Miami which repairs boards named J&R Technical service, which I contacted and which answered immediately! I sent the board by Federal Express, exported from Mexico to the US for repair. J&R repaired in a record time at a very reasonable price, did all the paper work for re-export to Mexico. We installed and works perfectly. My recognition, for an outstanding service, and excellent and fast communication by WhatsApp. I can only recommend J& R technical service for any related issue. "I own a 21 year old PaceMaster Pro Plus II that has taken me on a long fitness journey. We have a special bond formed over thousands of miles of running together :-) A few years ago the treadmill suddenly stopped working, and I spent years looking for second-hand hardware to no avail. Giving up on replacing the circuit boards, I shipped it to another repair shop who didn't fix it but charged me anyway. At that point, almost ready to send my treadmill to the junkyard, I sent my boards to J&R with low hopes that they could do anything. To my surprise, not only did J&R diagnose and repair the problem, they refurbished my boards with new capacitors and fresh solder joints where connections had gotten loose over time.
