"Don't use this company. I have had so many problems with Air Bulance and am currently seeking a refund. Full disclosure: the actual AC system that they installed is fine, it is the install of the condensation pump and their awful customer service which I am writing about. The pump, which they charged me $375 was missing a gasket, cracked, and leaking water. The way they set up the pipes leading to the pump also didn't work. When I would call because of either a leak or the AC would stop working, I was blown off and told to turn off my system. It takes me a lot to get to this point but enough is enough. I reached out to a different company and they were able to quickly identify and fix the problem. Air Bulance LLC are scammers. The phone number on their site works but the mailbox is always full.The "Google Reviews" that they reference on their site is a dead link and if you do get someone, the manager treats you like you are the problem and reluctantly sends someone out 24 hours later."

Hard to understand and deal with rude pushy and now won’t answer and blocked my calls I’m out money and no air in Florida in August ! I hate these ppl"
