"I asked Bob (Robert) to repair an older 46" Toshiba set because the cost of replacing a TV with 120 refresh rate is rather pricey. I was willing to roll the dice on repairing an older set. However, Bob politely refused my business ($$$) because he felt it wasn't in my best interest then advised me to invest in a new TV set. Finding a service provider who turns away business is rare. "We had the best experience with Smart TV. We had a TV that went faulty after a lighting storm.I called Smart TV and they were out here the very next day at our home picked up the tv and took in their shop and had the TV back in days.Not only that but when they reset up the system they reset it up with options we didn't even know we had. They made it so awesome to deal they came to us and I cant say enough about the experience with them. I am so glad I didnt take our television to anyone else and I will never go anywhere else to have my system worked on.Smart TV from now on."
