"The first few times I have had them out, they were absolutely wonderful. However last night I called because I noticed an issue so they told me that they would schedule me an appointment for tomorrow. This morning they called to schedule the appointment and gave me a timeframe and then at the end of that timeframe which was after 5 PM they called to let me know that they no longer could come out and that I would have to wait five days for them to come out. At this point I have no AC and water leaking in my house, so I had to call a different company. If they would have just called me when they realize they couldn’t come out. Everything would have been fine but instead I had to call a different company and pay $200 more for an emergency service because they decided not to call me until after my scheduled block. Very unprofessional. will not ever call them again."
