"I am so impressed with using Romano's Appliance Repair for the first time when my dryer stopped turning on. Of course my dryer stopped working on Thanksgiving Day so the next day I called multiple vendors and Romano's Appliance Repair was the first to say they could come out to repair my dryer the same day. I was given a time frame between 11AM - 2PM and I received a text that someone could be here earlier which was great! Robbie was so polite and professional. Several shipping delays occurred from the manufacturer and Zack was very communicative keeping us up to date on its progress. New cooktop looks great!!
