"I highly recommend Carl's for your A/C needs. Our A/C was on the fritz and Carl had a service tech to our home within two hours even though it was late day. Paul was great, he advised our A/C was frozen and we had a possible leak. After the unit thawed overnight he was back on site first thing the next morning to confirm a leak in the evaporator coil. He had it repaired and back running within the hour. Our system is over 20 years old, although he explained it will more than likely be time to replace in the near future, he was honest and we only had to deal with the repair expense until it needs to be replaced. Not many companies you can trust with that type service these days, most would have insisted on a replacement. You guys are great!"
