"I needed my unit serviced after experiencing a "No Show" from the company I had been dealing with for years. I was able to get a Liberty Air technician out the same day. The Technician quickly diagnosed the issue. I needed a new blower motor. The tech quoted me a fee of $850.00 to replace the motor. While the technician went to retrieve the part, I called another company to get a quote on the same motor. They quoted me $500.00 for the same part number "installed" The bad news was the company with the lower quote couldn't come out for 2 more days and I was already without AC for 3 days. I agreed to let Liberty replace the motor even though the quote was in my opinion too high. The technician returned with the motor and quickly installed it and now I have AC again, finally. All's fair in doing business and making a profit, but hey, you be the judge."
