"This Alcolock is not only a joke, it's the whole circus. An absolute scam. Their device breaks and they charge YOU for a code to restart it, IF you can even get ahold of anyone at technical support to fix it. Not to mention the techs who install it are even worse. They completely ruined my interior, and then had the nerve to tell me if I bought the pieces, they'd replace them. If you'd told me that it was bad customer service, I'd still be surprised at how bad it is."
