"Do not use this company! They are terrible. They work for Choice Home Warranty company. The first appointment the tech was 1.5 hours late and didn't bring any tools to diagnose the issues, just made a guess as to what the problem was. He ordered the part and came back about 10 days later, and 1 hour late for this appointment. He installed the part and left, never even checked to see if it worked. There was another appointment set for Monday the 5th between 3-8pm, they never showed up or called. On the 6th they called and said they could come on the 7th between 3-5, at 3pm the office personal called and said the tech should be here about 5. They never showed up on the 7th and no call. The next day their excuse was his truck broke down. They called later on the 8th and said they could come back and would be here in 20 min. They did come and said there was still an issue and I even have them on camera saying that, but they reported to the warranty company there was no issue. I would recommend do not ever use their service. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest you can choose."
