"This agency is the worst. They don’t fix they just subcontract and those companies aren’t reliable. They came to check my washer and they haven’t return to fix it and the agency pretty much said its not their problem that they already did their part of sending someone. Now I have to reach out to the subcontractor and that subcontractor keeps saying tomorrow tomorrow.(one week later, no fix) So this company charged me $60 for a service fee that now I have to go pay elsewhere to start the fixing process again."
